From Rock Bottom to Revolutionary

At 32, Maz found that just when she thought she was free to move forward, the past came haunting and threatening again. A single mum of four living on the run and believing she was as worthy as gum under a shoe.

Emotionally exhausted. Spiritually broken. Financially destitute. She was fleeing yet again with nothing but her 4 children, her dog and a completely broken heart that was shattered all over again before it had even healed.

Then, on the lonely highway of an 8 hour relocation drive, right there in a phone booth, she found herself on the floor, and during the void moment within the crossing from unconscious to conscious, awakening from a seizure, she experienced a moment she calls her wake up cal.

Her body collapsed under the pressure of years of trauma and stress, only to reward her with radical insight in a ,moment of pure clarity, the wisdom of which would fuel the most radical life turn around that yet to get worse before it got better, but it was a with a renewed fire for life that nothing could extinguish.

That was the moment everything changed.

Maz knew she had to find a way—not just for herself, but for the generations of women in her family who had been silenced, controlled, or destroyed by their circumstances.

She didn’t want to pass that on.

So, she began studying everything she could about the brain, behaviour, healing, and change.

She tried mindset work, therapy, coaching, energy healing. Some helped a little. None of it lasted

Maz realised what thousands of women now know thanks to her.

Women need a different model.

One that works with the female mind, body, and emotional cycles—not against them.

Maz went on to become a record-breaking leader in a Fortune 500 company—leading the highest-producing team across ten countries.

But no title or income could help those she led, to sustain self esteem and empowerment, from even the best programs.

Smart, capable women who still felt like imposters.
Empaths who gave everything to others and left nothing for themselves.

Generational trauma disguised as perfectionism, overachievement, people-pleasing, anxiety, burnout...
