The Experience
Over 4-6 sessions (or more if needed) have a before, then a closed eyes part, then an after to prepare you for what to do before the next session.
It's hard to imagine something described in words, like describing the taste of a strawberry to someone who's never eaten one.
The storyline during the closed eyes part of your sessions is ficticious, yet plausible, consisting of metaphors that the part of you that drives you safely across town without running anyone over while you're entirely in your head, knows exactly that the metaphors are for bloodline resolving of ancestral stress events that caused them to come away from wholeness. You're suspended into a bliss state yet very focused, unlike hypnosis.
Your past and that of your ancestors (yes sounds silly but remember this is ficticious so you aren't taking it seriously or relating during the process) allows us to re-perceive how we arrive at our usual serious thoughts that cause us such anguish and YET, it's painless to fix in this way.
If it made sense as a story to your conscious thinking brain that really wants it to make sense, it wouldn't work. The deep unconscious mind (UM) is your 'automatic rowers' in the boat that you captain everyday, but if it's working well for you you wouldn't be here.
Your UM doesn't want to drive you into the beach, but it will do as you command through your thoughts and beliefs and how however you're programmed, so it WANTS you to change if you're miserable, it knows the blueprint of your wholeness, it wants you to be that way. This is very deep transformation, to un-hypnotise you from the state of believing limiting beliefs and cause yourself unnecessary suffering needlessly.
The framework is unconditioning you from the deepest root assumptions and beliefs that have accumulated regardless of where they come from, generationally inherited, or from your own childhood or lived experiences, healing the wounds no matter how they got there or hard they seem to shift normally.
